• —Payment confirmations processed by PayPal. We receive the transaction status, amount, and payer name and email; we never receive or store full card or bank numbers.
• —Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and functional.

• —To deliver advisory engagements and Academy instruction, including grading and feedback.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our website and database host, our email delivery provider, and PayPal for payment processing — each limited to what their function requires. We may disclose information when required by law.

When a program is sponsored by a government agency or foundation, we share aggregate outcomes and participation data. Individual coursework and application responses are not shared with sponsors without your written consent.

Advisory engagement materials, financial documents, and organizational strategy shared with us are treated as confidential and are accessible only to the Groundwork team members supporting your work.

Application, engagement, and coursework records are retained while the relationship is active and afterward as required for legal, tax, and accreditation purposes. Files uploaded to the student portal are stored in private, access-controlled storage and served through short-lived, signed links.
