Who we are

Groundwork Impact Group, LLC is a for-profit development and advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.

Advisory and educational services only

Our work is advisory and educational. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment adviser, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You remain responsible for engaging licensed professionals for filings, opinions, and regulated matters.

We do not guarantee tax-exempt determination, grant awards, funding outcomes, revenue results, or approval by any agency or funder.

Academy enrollment

  • —Applications are reviewed for fit. Submitting an application and paying the program investment does not guarantee acceptance into a cohort.
  • —Enrollment is personal to the accepted participant. Portal credentials may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
  • —Participants are expected to attend sessions, complete assignments by posted due dates, and engage respectfully with peers and instructors.
  • —We may adjust session dates, module sequencing, or instructors when necessary, while preserving the overall scope of the program.

Payments

Program fees are stated in U.S. dollars and processed through PayPal, including installment options where PayPal offers them. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own payment provider. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

Course materials and intellectual property

Curriculum, templates, frameworks, recordings, and written materials are the property of Groundwork Impact Group, LLC and are licensed to enrolled participants for their own organizational use. They may not be republished, resold, or used to deliver competing instruction without written permission.

You retain ownership of the work product you create — your plans, filings, budgets, and submissions. You grant us permission to review that work for instruction and feedback.

Acceptable use

  • —Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content to the portal.
  • —Do not attempt to access another participant's account, submissions, or records.
  • —Do not misrepresent your identity, organization, or eligibility.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse of the portal, or conduct that harms other participants. Where the issue can be resolved, we will tell you what is required before access is restored.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement or program at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost funding opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Groundwork Impact Group, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith.
